Kathy comes from a sales background. She worked for several large retail companies throughout her career including Sportmart, Alberts Hoisery and Michaels Craft stores. She worked as both a store manager and district/regional manager throughout her career in the retail industry.

Kathy received her real estate license in Illinois in 1996 and went to work at Coldwell Banker Primus. She recieved rookie of the year her 1st year selling real estate and was consistently ranked in the top 10 of all sales agents in the company.

After a great career in Illinois Kathy moved to Florida to allow her husband to be closer to his family. She received her Florida brokers license in 2000. She and her husband Bill worked for Re/Max Select in Boca for a year before opening Bay Winds Realty.
