After our parents were no longer able to remain in their home for health reasons, we needed to put it on the market. Living in New York, we knew this would be a difficult task. There was so much to be concerned about when selling a furnished unoccupied house - security, showings,negotiation,legal matters, even cleaning out the house when it was sold.
We contacted a couple of agents through the internet and then interviewed them when we were in Florida. We chose the Rubio Team because their
